Mr. S.A. Wickramapala is the Chairman of the Co-operativeLeasing Co. Ltd., since its inception and also the Director of the Co-operative Rural Bank Federation and Puttalam Salt Ltd.
Managing Director - Mr.T.M.S. Nanayakkara
Mr. T.M.S. Nanayakkara holds the LLB Degree from the
University of Ceylon and is an Attorney-at-Law. He was the
former Chairman of National Insurance Corporation.
Director - Mr. W.U. Herath
Mr. W.U. Herath holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Kelaniya and also holds a Diploma in Human Resources Development (Pune). He is a former member of the Sri Lanka Administrative Service and is the Resident Representative of the Swedish Co-operative Centre for Sri Lanka.

Co-operative Council of Sri Lanka, Kotapola MPCS Ltd., Matara
District Co-operative Rural Bank Union Ltd. and Matara
District Tea Producers' Co-operative Society Ltd. He is also a
Committee Member of Asia Pacific Region of International
Co-operative Alliance Standing Committee.

Mr. Ariyatilleke Dahanayake holds an LLB Degree and is an Attorney-at-Law. He is the Chairman of Sri Lanka Savings Bank, Beliatta MPCS Ltd. and Hambantota District Co-operative Rural Bank Union Ltd. and a Director of the Co-operative Rural Bank Federation.

Mr. Lional Samarasinghe is the founder Chairman of
Co-operative Insurance Company Ltd. He is the Vice-Chairman of Gampaha District Co-operative Council.
Director - Mr. K. Liyanage
Mr. K. Liyanage is the Chairman of the Kolonnawa MPCS Ltd., Colombo District Co-operative Council and Sri Lanka Co-operative Hospital Services Federation. He is the Director of National Co-operative Council of Sri Lanka and Co-operative Leasing Co. Ltd.
